Our goal is to provide a holistic approach that will change people’s consciousness, about how we work together, so that we can become more effective. To work with and support professionals in addressing issues of difference in institutional and community settings. TEA Facilitates a process which raises professional awareness of the self in the organizational structure that influence their effectiveness. We support the development of trust, building skills for better professional and community relationships TEA works to bridge communications gaps across groups. Today's school districts want to insure that all the children achieve at high levels and are prepared to be successful in Higher Ed. and other choices Schools want to close the achievement gap between minority (race and class) students and majority students. If quality education is the goal, our values seem to be in agreement that all students can achieve. Research shows that community and parent involvement are key components to education quality; and to insure that the district, school and community goals are met, the professionals providing the service need engaged support to achieve those objectives.
